Fess up...RIDE, REP, REVIVE; which is your fave? I'm absolutely obsessed with all 3 components of our RIDE, REP and REVIVE they allow my body and soul to receive the benefits needed to stay strong while feeling accomplished and alive!

How long have you been an instructor? I've just recently started my Fitness Instructor journey here with our Spenga Fam in 2025!

How has SPENGA impacted your life? SPENGA has given my life a whole new dimension of self care. My body, spirit and soul have found a place of fulfillment and happiness that I have not been able to enjoy fully in all my previous experiences!

What's your favorite thing(s) to do, when you aren't WERKing out at SPENGA? When I am not working and having a great time here at SPENGA, I enjoy spending time with my Husband, daughters (soon to be enjoying time with my grandbaby on the way) and quality friend time. I love to cook and create healthy meal options and beach time!

What's your favorite local restaurant? My favorite fine dining is a Tratorio Dario, Italian, of coarse! Palato Cafe for smoothies and amazing Colombian cuisine!

What's something most people don't know about you? I'm originally from NY

What's the best piece of advice that you can give to someone just starting out on their fitness journey? The best piece of advice for some new "Consistency beats intensity! The more you show up for yourself the stronger you will become, not just physically but mentally and emotionally stronger!"
